Optical sorter vs. metal detector
The two machines look for different things at different steps of the process. Products pass through both, so non-metal and metal foreign matter are each controlled separately.
Equipment

Removes dust and particles from workers' clothing with high-speed air before they enter the clean zone.
One OPTIMUM SORTING FOCUS unit. Ultra-high-speed cameras and spectral lasers find non-metal foreign matter that manual sorting can miss, such as fine plastic particles and hair, and an air ejector removes it. Metal foreign matter is checked separately by the metal detectors.
Separates raw material to preset standards and packs it in one flow, increasing output and ensuring uniform quality.
Four NFMS-600 units. Every packed product passes through them and is checked for metal foreign matter such as needles and metal fragments. Non-metal foreign matter such as fine plastic particles and hair is picked out by the optical sorter.
One FKC-20TH unit. Compressed plasma using Optical Plasma and Cold Oxygen Plasma technologies sterilizes without changing or deforming the raw material.
A tablet press compresses dry and granulated powder into tablets. From ingredient mixing to packing, the line delivers high-speed production; the technology is patented.
Process
Anchovy is boiled and dried as soon as it is caught to keep it fresh.
Anchovies die quickly once caught, are high in fat and spoil fast, so boiling and drying them as soon as they are caught is important to maintain freshness.
A fleet of 5 boats: one fish-finding (scout) boat, two main boats, and two carrier/processing boats.
Caught anchovy is transported by fish pump to be washed.
Oil that rises during boiling is skimmed off, and the anchovies are spread on drying screens.
The boiled anchovies are then dried.
Sorted and packaged.

A recognized R&D department (KOITA) improves products and processes. We hold 5 registered patents on solid-broth tableting and dried-anchovy sterilization.
