Quality management

Eight controlled steps from raw material intake to finished goods storage.

Incoming inspection
Only safe ingredients that pass inspection move to the unpacking room.
Foreign matter sorting
A foreign-matter sorter, powder remover and magnetic wand remove harmful substances.
Optical sorting
Ultra-high-speed cameras and spectral lasers pick out non-metal foreign matter such as fine plastic particles and hair.
Sterilization
UV and plasma sterilization secure food safety without altering the raw material.
Automatic weighing & packing
Automatic weight sorting and packing deliver uniform quality.
Metal detection
Every packed product passes through a metal detector that checks for metal foreign matter such as needles and metal fragments (detection standard: iron 2.0, SUS 2.5).
Sealing & date printing
After sealing, the packing date and use-by date are printed.
Refrigerated storage
Finished goods are refrigerated.
